On "Letting Go"

TODAY’S QUOTE OR APHORISM
_____________________________________________

"Rather than 'letting go' of your identification with form, investigate the nature of the one that seems to be letting go. If we deeply investigate that one, we find that it is not attached to any experience in the first place. It is therefore not necessary to practice letting go of anything."

-- Rupert Spira, We Cannot Practice Letting Go

-- Rupert Spira, No Es Posible Practicar Soltar
